Green Mountain Semiconductor becomes a member of the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC)

Green Mountain Semiconductor recently joined as a member the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC), a public-private consortium dedicated to supporting and extending U.S. leadership in semiconductor research, design, engineering, and advanced manufacturing.

The NSTC is operated by Natcast (National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) and supported by the Department of Commerce through the CHIPS and Science Act. NSTC’s mission is to further foster a robust semiconductor ecosystem in the US.

GMS has already been active in developing partnerships with key stakeholders from academia, industry, and government. As an NSTC member, GMS will increase its commitment to this ecosystem, be able make use of the state-of-the-art facilities made available through this consortium, and be even more active in pursuing NSTC-led opportunities in association will fellow members.
